Lumi Kodud offers additional services that bring more freedom and convenience to your everyday life. Explore the available options and submit your request quickly and easily through the form on our website. Additional services can be ordered for at least one month and, if necessary, can be cancelled by notifying Lumi Kodud team in writing at least five days before the start of the next month. Payment for the service will be made until the end of the current calendar month.

The guest parking spaces near the apartment buildings are intended only for residents’ guests and can be used free of charge for up to 30 minutes. For longer parking, please check the Lumi Kodud price list.
