Lumi Kodud Manufaktuuri OÜ processes personal data for the purpose of concluding, performing, and ensuring the fulfillment of the rental agreement, as well as for the development and marketing of the company’s products and services.

The processing activities related to the conclusion and performance of the agreement mainly include:

  1. Conducting background checks on the person(s) wishing to enter into the rental agreement, including inquiries to the credit default register, criminal records database, court decisions register, land register, and other publicly available registers, for the purpose of verifying their creditworthiness.
  2. The publication of the tenant’s and/or other residents’ names on the building’s electronic information board, mailboxes and/or in other ways necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Agreement.
  3. The processing of data of the tenant, the persons using or residing in the apartment, and any subtenants for the provision of utility, management, or maintenance services, as well as for managing access to and use of the building and the property.
  4. The use of security cameras on the property and in the common areas of the building to ensure order and safety.
  5. “In the event of non-performance of the agreement, the processing of debt-related information (including the fact of the debt, the tenant’s name, date of birth/personal identification code and contact details, the amount owed, as well as the start and end date of the debt).

Lumi Kodud Manufaktuuri OÜ considers the analysis of personal data for marketing and product development purposes as its legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) f of the General Data Protection Regulation. In product development and marketing, we use the feedback and preferences of clients who have contacted us. If you have expressed interest in receiving marketing or rental offers from us, we will use your contact details to send you such offers and information. You may unsubscribe from these offers by following the instructions provided in the emails.

Lumi Kodud Manufaktuuri OÜ has the right to transfer and disclose the above-mentioned data to group companies and investors for data management purposes; to providers of management, utility, administration, or maintenance services; to debt collection and other debt management service providers; as well as to our marketing and IT service providers.

An individual has the right to access the personal data collected about them and to request its supplementation, correction, updating, and/or deletion in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, by sending a request to the email address info@lumikodud.ee. The data subject has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate in the event of any potential violation of personal data protection requirements (more info www.aki.ee).
